Deshun has spent many years researching the link between our thinking and our doing. This research included embarking on high altitude mountaineering expeditions on the highest peaks of 5 continents.

Deshun’s coaching approach uses appreciative enquiry and following interest as part of her methodology. Record keeping and personal accountability of the ‘coachee’ plays a huge role in the overall effectiveness of the coaching relationship and Deshun spends many dedicated hours on assisting the ‘coachee’ to get better results for themselves out of a greater improvement in their thinking.
