Exit Interviews

iFacts offers organisations a series of Exit Interviews structures, which are comprised of a survey of questions to be conducted with employees when they leave the organisation to seek alternative employment. The information from each survey is used to provide feedback on why employees are leaving, what they liked about their employment and what areas of the company they feel needs improvement. Exit interviews are most effective when the data is compiled and tracked over time.


These interviews can be conducted by both the employees and the line managers and the data can then be compared to give the company an indication of matters that may need to be handled internally to prevent a high rate of staff turnover.
