JENNY REID

FOUNDER

Jenny Reid, Founder of iFacts Employee Screening and Vetting Services, has been in the Security industry since 1995 and quickly became the first female President of the Security Association of South Africa (SASA) in 40 years. Jenny regularly speaks at both local and international conferences for the security, HR, and risk assessment markets. She is considered an expert on employee screening.

Jenny bought the iFacts brand in 2009 and developed progressive and comprehensive employee screening services to help clients remove the risks involved in hiring.

With 28 years in the industry, Jenny is an outspoken advocate of change, integrity, and innovation to address areas of human risk.

SONYA SKIPP

CEO

Sonya Skipp, CEO of iFacts Employee Screening and Vetting Services, joined the company as a Client Liaison Manager in 2010. Due to Sonya’s exceptional communication and customer service skills, as well as invaluable contributions to iFacts, she has moved up in the company and is now the CEO. 

Sonya is considered an expert on local and international employee screening and background checks and is constantly looking for new and innovative online solutions to ensure the process for the client is as efficient and seamless as possible. Sonya is responsible for brand development, operational systems, marketing strategies, and the consistent development of the iFacts online screening platform.

MONIQUE BEEGTE

COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Monique Beetge, Compliance Manager, at iFacts Employee Screening and Vetting Services, joined the company in 2013.

Monique has 10 years of experience in marketing, sales, and as a personal assistant in the company. She has a passion for staying at the forefront of industry trends and advancements. Locally and internationally, there is a growing need for compliance in the employee screening industry and Monique regularly participates in webinars, workshops, and online courses to enhance her skills and stay up to date with the current requirements.

CONSCIENCE MANJOKOTA

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Conscience Manjokota, Operations Manager at iFacts Employee Screening and Vetting Services, joined the company in 2013 as a Junior Processor. Through Manjokota’s commitment and dedication, he was promoted to Senior Processor in 2017 and Team Leader in 2019.

He leads an effective team of administrators who process all iFacts incoming screening requests. Time and accuracy is of the essence and Conscience ensures all deadlines are met efficiently.

ZANELE KHUMALO

ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Zanele Khumalo, Accounts Manager at iFacts Employee Screening and Vetting Services, joined the company in 2016.

Zanele holds a higher certificate in economic and management science and has a track record of achieving results, a dedication to ongoing growth, and a passion for collaborative success.
