iFacts offers organisations a series of Exit Interview structures, which are comprised of a survey of questions that can be answered when employees leave an organisation to seek alternative employment.
The information from each survey is used to provide feedback on the reasons why employees are leaving, what they liked about their employment, and crucially what areas within the organisation they feel could be improved. Exit interviews are most effective when the data is compiled and tracked over time.
These interviews can be conducted on both the employees and on their line managers. The data can then be compared to give the company an indication of matters that may need to be handled and improved internally in order to prevent a future rate of high staff turnover.
