Do your employees feel needed and appreciated? Do they know when they have done something right, or wrong?

“Employees worldwide have a need for ongoing feedback and coaching”.

• Managers who received feedback on their strengths showed 8.9% greater profitability;
• 69% of employees say they would work harder if they felt their efforts were better recognized;
• 92% of respondents agreed with the assertion, “Negative (redirecting) feedback if delivered appropriately, is effective at improving performance”;
• 80% of Generation Y said they prefer on-the-spot recognition over formal reviews; and
• 77% of HR execs believe performance reviews aren’t an accurate representation of employee performance.

So what is the moral of the story?

“Employees worldwide have a need for ongoing feedback and coaching”.

The PEAK Performance Toolkit ™ Diagnostic (PPT™), now available from iFacts, responds to this need by providing a digital platform to track and measure work and personal goals in “real- time”. It incorporates a range of continuous-use and accountability mechanisms.

Some of the statistics mentioned above highlight very clearly how important it is to have real-time feedback, as opposed to annual reviews for example. Being able to track goals, to understand how you have performed, and understand how you are appreciated, is key to motivating a successful workforce.

What exactly does the Peak Performance Toolkit ™ Diagnostic (PPT™) include?

The use of the PPT enhances personal accountability and provides a catalyst for employee coaching.
It focuses on bringing about greater engagement within an organisation and on achieving consistently higher performances. This is achieved through three mechanisms:

iFacts is more than happy to come into your organisation, review your existing systems and staff dynamics, and customise a programme to suit your specific needs. We are able to setup this tool for you, in your organisation, in such a way that it is able to provide real tangible benefits. If nothing else, we are happy to provide advice as to whether your company would derive any benefit from making use of the new Peak Performance Toolkit.
