iFacts offers its services on three levels:

1. To individuals, or companies who do not want to have an account with us
           - enquiries can be submitted online on an ad-hoc basis, and costs are payable online by credit card
   
   
2. To companies with a large number of enquiries, or who wish to have an account and pay monthly on invoice
           - account holders have dedicated, password protected, online pages assigned to them, for their exclusive and personal use
   
   
3. To resellers who would like to offer screening under their own branding
